TL DR EA's legacy sports titles from the PS2/Xbox era may have a better chance of re-releasing, due to getting by the issue of music/brand licensing seen in titles like SSX3 and Burnout Paradise. (That is, if Burnout Paradise performed well.) Who knows, maybe they'll just skip the BC-release route and do full on remasters. While titles like Tricky, Def Jam and Freekstyle may be lost in the rights hell due to the likeness of actors/sports stars/hip hop artists, Sled Storm, SSX, NBA and Fifa Street may have have a real chance at coming out on modern services again. (As expected seeing as they had no trouble re-releasing Burnout Paradise. Now let's take a look at SSX3, where the original game's only real issue holding it back was the music licensing - which EA has managed to surprisingly circumvent.
